Frequently asked questions
The short version
Typical lead time is 15–25 days for standard turntable wrappers, 25–40 days for rotary arm, in-line, cylinder and horizontal machines, and 30–45 days for VNA forklifts. Every machine ships with CE documentation, an English manual and a spare-parts list, and is built to your voltage and PLC standard.
01Ordering and lead time
What happens between an enquiry and a machine on your floor.
Are you a trading company or the manufacturer?
+
We are the manufacturer. Design, fabrication, assembly, wiring, testing and export packing all happen in our own plant in Shenzhen; you are welcome to visit or to book a live video factory tour before you order.
What is the lead time?
+
Standard turntable wrappers ship in 15–25 days. Rotary-arm, in-line, cylinder and horizontal machines are typically 25–40 days, and VNA forklifts 30–45 days depending on mast height and battery specification.
What do you need from me to quote accurately?
+
For a wrapper: load weight, pallet footprint, maximum load height, pallets per hour, whether the load can be rotated, available power, and whether a forklift or conveyor feeds the machine. For a forklift: load weight, load centre, aisle width, racking height, shift pattern and whether the truck works outdoors.
Do you provide a layout drawing?
+
Yes, with the quotation. For warehouse trucks we return a drawing showing the truck, the mast, the guide-rail arrangement and the aisle widths that result — so you can check the layout against your building before committing.
Can we visit the factory or see a machine running?
+
Yes. Customers are welcome at the plant in Longgang, Shenzhen, and you can run your own product on the machine before buying. Where a visit is not practical we run a live video walkthrough of the floor instead.
What payment terms do you offer?
+
Standard terms are a deposit on order with the balance against the bill of lading. Letters of credit and other instruments are accepted for larger orders — the terms are confirmed with the quotation.
02Configuration, voltage and controls
What is fixed and what is set at order.
Can you build to our voltage and frequency?
+
Yes. 220 V single phase, and 380 V, 400 V, 415 V and 440 V three phase, at 50 or 60 Hz, are all selectable at order. The SW-5000D is single-phase as standard, which is what makes it installable in a warehouse with no three-phase feed.
Can we specify the PLC brand?
+
Yes. Siemens, Mitsubishi and Inovance controls are available depending on the model. Tell us your plant standard and we will match it so your maintenance team is working with hardware they already know.
What can be customised, and what cannot?
+
Voltage, frequency, PLC brand, film width, mast height, fork spread, turntable diameter, colour and guarding are all set at order. What cannot be changed after the fact is the architecture — a turntable cannot become an in-line machine — so that decision has to be right at enquiry stage.
Do you offer explosion-proof or cold-store executions?
+
Yes. Ex-proof motors, junction boxes and controls are built to order for solvent, coating and chemical plants. Cold-store executions with cold-chain electrics, low-temperature hydraulic oil and heated cabins are rated to −25 °C.
03Documentation and certification
What ships with the machine.
Do you supply CE documentation?
+
Every machine ships with a CE declaration of conformity, an electrical schematic, an operation and maintenance manual in English, and a spare-parts list.
What exactly is in the documentation pack?
+
CE declaration of conformity, electrical schematic, English operation and maintenance manual, spare-parts list, and the signed inspection sheet from the load or wrap test. Nothing is sent as a follow-up PDF.
Which standards do the machines conform to?
+
Machines are built to the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and carry CE marking, with the technical file and declaration of conformity issued with the machine. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 cover the quality and environmental management systems, and the plant is SGS audited.
Do you supply the technical file for a third-party assessment?
+
Yes. Where a customer or their insurer needs the technical documentation for an independent assessment, we provide it on request.
04Shipping, packing and installation
How a machine gets from Shenzhen to your plant.
How do you pack for export?
+
Machines are wrapped, braced and packed in fumigated plywood cases or film-wrapped onto a steel base, with loading photos sent before the container leaves.
How long does shipping take?
+
Sea freight to most destinations is 20–40 days depending on the port, on top of the manufacturing lead time. FCL is normal for wrapping machines and for fleets of trucks; LCL is possible for single units.
Do you install and commission on site?
+
Yes — our engineers travel for installation, recipe setting and operator training, or run a live video commissioning session where travel is not practical. Commissioning is quoted with the machine rather than as an open-ended extra.
What floor and power preparation does a machine need?
+
Wrapping machines stand on a level industrial floor with the specified power feed; most need a pit for nothing and a fixed anchor for nothing beyond standard bolting. Forklifts need a floor rated for the wheel loading, and we supply the axle-load figures for your structural engineer with the quotation.
05Warranty, spare parts and support
What happens after commissioning.
What is the warranty?
+
Twenty-four months on structure and drive train, twelve months on electrical components, with the documented handover pack. Wear parts are excluded, as is normal in this category.
How fast can you supply spare parts?
+
Wear parts, film carriages, chains, sensors and controllers are held in stock for every model still in the field and ship the same week. In an emergency we will ship from the Shenzhen shelf before the paperwork is complete.
What is your technical response time?
+
Twelve hours is the target, and the first step is always remote diagnostics over WhatsApp or video — most faults are a parameter rather than a part, and that is a same-day fix rather than a shipment.
Do you keep supporting discontinued models?
+
Yes. Spare parts are held for the life of the model in the field. When a model is superseded, its documentation and parts list stay available.
