Wrap it, strap it, stack it 14 metres high — from one factory.
Who we are
iPack is a Shenzhen manufacturer of automatic stretch wrapping machines and super-narrow-aisle forklifts. It builds 25 CE-certified models across four families — turntable, rotary arm, in-line, cylinder, horizontal and self-propelled wrappers, plus VNA three-way stackers, articulated and multi-directional forklifts — and ships to more than 60 countries.
Built for plants that have run out of labour, floor space or both. Tell us your pallet, your aisle and your throughput — we send back a layout drawing and the machine that fits.

The machines our customers keep re-ordering
Each one exists because a specific material-handling problem kept coming back. Every specification below comes from the official datasheet.
Inside the factory
You are buying from the people who weld the frame
There is no trading layer between us and your machine. Our engineers read your requirement, our floor builds the machine, our test bay loads it to capacity, and the same team packs it for the container. When something needs changing, one phone call reaches the person holding the spanner.
- 12 000 m² assembly and test floor in Longgang, Shenzhen
- In-house laser cutting, bending, welding, painting and wiring
- 100 % rated-load testing on every forklift before packing
- Wrap trials on your own product whenever you can send samples

Application study
Send us your pallet size, load weight, throughput and aisle width. We reply with a layout drawing and the model that actually fits — not the one that is easiest to sell.
Built to your spec
Voltage, PLC brand, film width, mast height, fork spread and paint colour are all set at order. Every machine is assembled against a job card, not pulled from a shelf.
Tested under load
Rated-load lift and lower cycles, wrap trials on your own product where possible, and a signed inspection sheet that travels with the machine.
Shipped, installed, supported
Fumigated export packing, container loading photos, on-site commissioning available, and spare parts held for the life of the model.
One platform, many machines
Configure it around your load, not ours
The same chassis takes a top press, a cover-sheet head, an M-type deck, a weighing platform or an explosion-proof execution — chosen at order and built into the machine rather than bolted on afterwards.

Automatic top-sheet + top-press head
Adds a driven top-film head and a pneumatic press plate so the load is held square while a PE cover sheet is applied and sealed.

Pneumatic top press
Holds light, tall or unstable stacks stable during rotation — available on every turntable model.

M-type turntable
Cut-away turntable for M-profile and skid pallets, so the forks never foul the deck.

Integrated weighing system
Load-cell platform with a digital display — capture the net weight of every pallet during the wrap cycle.

Explosion-proof execution
Ex-proof motors, junction boxes and controls for solvent, coating and chemical plants.
Applications
Where our machines actually run
Not a list of every industry with a pallet in it — the six sectors that make up the bulk of our installed base, and the specific problem we solve in each.
Field evidence
14 photographs from real installations
Load tests on our own floor, racking served from 1.5 m aisles, reels wrapped inside paper mills, fleets staged for container loading. Drag, scroll or use the arrows.

1.5 m guided aisle, both rack faces
A three-way stacker rotates its forks 180° instead of the truck, so a single 1.5 m guided aisle serves two rows of racking. Customers typically recover 30–40 % more pallet positions from the same building.

Jumbo reel wrapping in a paper mill
A cylinder wrapper spirals film around the full circumference of the reel while driven rollers turn the load — six-side protection with no manual handling.

Heavy roll sealed on a turntable cell
Turntable wrapper with a powered pre-stretch carriage sealing an oversized roll before dispatch. Installed, wired and commissioned by our own engineers.

100 % laden test before packing
Every chassis completes a full rated-load lift and lower cycle on our test floor. Nothing ships until the mast, chains and hydraulics have proved themselves at 1.4 t and above.

Full lift and lower, at rated load
The same test weight taken through a complete lift and lower cycle with the forks extended — the point where a weak mast, a dry chain or a mis-set limit switch shows itself.

Dense high-bay storage from a 1.9 m aisle
Multi-directional trucks travel sideways down the aisle, so the main aisle only has to be as wide as the load — not as wide as the truck plus its turning circle.

Yard to aisle on one set of tyres
An articulated truck unloads the container outside, then articulates its mast 210° and stacks inside the aisle — no second machine, no double handling.

Fleet staged for container loading
Units are run in, filmed and staged together so a mixed fleet ships in one container with a single set of manuals and spares.

Man-up cabin at the top bay
The operator rises with the forks, keeping a clear view of the pallet and the beam at 10 m and above — the difference between a placed pallet and a damaged rack.

Roll wrapping cell commissioned on site
Control cabinet, HMI and powered rollers installed and levelled in the customer's plant, with the operator trained on the actual production recipe.

Masts up, ready to load
Trucks are staged with masts raised so the container loading plan can be checked against actual heights before anything is lifted.

A mixed fleet, one shipment
Different capacities, one container. Manuals, spares and the CE pack travel with the machines so commissioning does not wait for a second parcel.

Top bay reached without a camera
The man-up platform rises with the forks, so the operator sees the pallet and the beam at every level — which is what keeps rack damage down.

Outdoor unloading, indoor put-away
Solid tyres take the truck across the yard and dock; the 210° mast then articulates to stack indoors, so no pallet is handled twice.
Why iPack
Six reasons customers switch to us
We are the factory, not a trader
Design, laser cutting, fabrication, painting, assembly, wiring and load testing all happen under one roof in Shenzhen. Every machine carries a job card with the customer's name on it.
Built to your specification
Voltage, PLC brand, film width, mast height, fork spread, colour and guarding are set at order — not chosen from whatever happens to be on the shelf.
Tested under rated load
Lift and lower cycles at full capacity, wrap trials and an inspection sheet that travels with the machine. Nothing ships on a promise.
Layout drawings before you buy
Send aisle widths and racking heights; we return a drawing with the model, mast and guide-rail arrangement that actually fits your building.
CE documentation pack
Declaration of conformity, electrical schematics, English operation and maintenance manuals and a spare-parts list with every machine.
Support that answers
Remote diagnostics over WhatsApp or video first, because most faults are a parameter rather than a part — and parts ship the same week when they are not.
After the sale
A machine is a fifteen-year decision
We size our support around that. Commissioning engineers, a stocked spare-parts shelf and a technical answer within twelve hours — for as long as the model is in the field.

Commissioning & training
Our engineers travel for installation, recipe setting and operator training — or run a live video commissioning session if you prefer.
Spare parts for life
Wear parts, film carriages, chains, sensors and controllers held in stock for every model still in the field.
Response inside 12 hours
Remote diagnostics over WhatsApp or video first — most faults are a parameter, not a part. If it is a part, it ships the same week.
24-month warranty
Two years on structure and drive train, twelve months on electrical components, with a documented handover pack.
Questions
What buyers ask us first
Anything not answered here, send it over — a real engineer replies, usually the same working day.
Are you a trading company or the manufacturer?+
We are the manufacturer. Design, fabrication, assembly, wiring, testing and export packing all happen in our own plant in Shenzhen; you are welcome to visit or to book a live video factory tour before you order.
What is the lead time?+
Standard turntable wrappers ship in 15–25 days. Rotary-arm, in-line, cylinder and horizontal machines are typically 25–40 days, and VNA forklifts 30–45 days depending on mast height and battery specification.
Can you build to our voltage and PLC standard?+
Yes. 220 V single phase, 380 V/400 V/415 V/440 V three phase, 50 or 60 Hz, and Siemens, Mitsubishi or Inovance controls are all selectable at order.
Do you supply CE documentation?+
Every machine ships with a CE declaration of conformity, an electrical schematic, an operation and maintenance manual in English, and a spare-parts list.
How do you pack for export?+
Machines are wrapped, braced and packed in fumigated plywood cases or film-wrapped onto a steel base, with loading photos sent before the container leaves.
