SF-1200M-DD

-DD VNA Three-Way Stacker (Double-Deep, Man-Up)

SF-1200M-DD in short

Telescopic forks reach two pallets deep on each side of the aisle from a 14 m mast, raising pallet capacity by roughly 30 % versus a single-deep layout. Double-deep telescopic forks and a 14 m mast — two pallets deep each side.

  • Double-deep storage raises capacity by about 30 % versus single-deep
  • 14 m ultra-high lift maximises vertical warehouse volume
  • Man-up cabin plus telescopic forks for precise deep-reach handling
  • Regenerative braking reduces energy cost per pallet

Why this model

Four things that decide whether it is the right machine for you

Two pallets deep

1 000 mm of fork extension stores two rows on each side of the aisle — about 30 % more pallets in the same footprint.

14 m main mast

The highest lift in the range, for buildings already designed around tall racking.

Man-up precision

The cabin rises with the forks so deep-position placement is made with a direct view.

Regenerative braking

Energy recovered on every descent, extending the working cycle from a single charge.

About the SF-1200M-DD

Most VNA trucks serve one pallet deep on each side. The SF-1200M-DD pushes its forks a further 1000 mm so each aisle side holds two rows, which raises the pallet count of the same building by around 30 % without touching the racking layout. The main mast lifts to 14 000 mm and the man-up cabin rises with the forks, so the operator still sees the pallet they are placing. Regenerative and electromagnetic braking recover energy on the way down, and a minimum main aisle of 4500 mm keeps the truck able to leave the racking and travel to the next aisle.

Standard features

  • Telescopic forks reach two pallets deep for maximum aisle-side capacity
  • Main mast lift height up to 14,000 mm
  • 180° fork rotation with side shift for both-side handling
  • Fork extension travel 1,000 mm for deep-reach stacking
  • Electromagnetic, permanent-magnet and mechanical guide rail options
  • Regenerative and electromagnetic braking
  • Minimum main aisle 4,500 mm for travel between aisles

Advantages at a glance

  • Double-deep storage raises capacity by about 30 % versus single-deep
  • 14 m ultra-high lift maximises vertical warehouse volume
  • Man-up cabin plus telescopic forks for precise deep-reach handling
  • Regenerative braking reduces energy cost per pallet
  • Avoids a building extension when capacity runs out

In the field

Where the SF-1200M-DD earns its keep

Top bay reached without a camera

Top bay reached without a camera

The man-up platform rises with the forks, so the operator sees the pallet and the beam at every level — which is what keeps rack damage down.

Man-up cabin at the top bay

Man-up cabin at the top bay

The operator rises with the forks, keeping a clear view of the pallet and the beam at 10 m and above — the difference between a placed pallet and a damaged rack.

SF-1200M-DD — buyer questions

Do we need special racking for double-deep?+

The racking has to be double-deep (two pallet positions front to back) and the guide rail run has to suit the longer fork reach. We supply the guide-rail layout drawing with the quotation.
