The range in short

iPack builds 25 CE-certified machines in four families: eight Smart Wrapper stretch wrappers from 1 500 kg turntable models to a 2 000 kg top-covering wrapper, seven VNA three-way stackers lifting 0.8–1.6 t to 14 m, two articulated forklifts for yard-to-aisle work, and eight multi-directional forklifts rated 1.5–8 t.

Options & configurations

Anything here can be built into your machine

Top presses, cover-sheet heads, M-type decks, weighing platforms and explosion-proof executions are specified at order and integrated on the line — not retro-fitted in your plant.

Automatic top-sheet + top-press head

Automatic top-sheet + top-press head

Adds a driven top-film head and a pneumatic press plate so the load is held square while a PE cover sheet is applied and sealed.

Pneumatic top press

Pneumatic top press

Holds light, tall or unstable stacks stable during rotation — available on every turntable model.

M-type turntable

M-type turntable

Cut-away turntable for M-profile and skid pallets, so the forks never foul the deck.

Integrated weighing system

Integrated weighing system

Load-cell platform with a digital display — capture the net weight of every pallet during the wrap cycle.

Explosion-proof execution

Explosion-proof execution

Ex-proof motors, junction boxes and controls for solvent, coating and chemical plants.

Choosing between the 25 models

How many models does iPack build, and what are they?

+

Twenty-five models in four families. Eight Smart Wrapper stretch wrappers (turntable, top-covering, rotary arm, in-line, cylindrical roll, horizontal ring, wrap-and-strap and self-propelled), seven VNA three-way stackers, two articulated forklifts and eight multi-directional forklifts.

Which family do I need?

+

It follows from the load. Flat, stable pallets go on a turntable wrapper; reels and rolls need a cylinder wrapper; long profiles need a horizontal ring wrapper. For storage, pallets in a fixed building favour a VNA three-way stacker, yard-to-aisle work favours an articulated truck, and long or very heavy product favours a multi-directional truck.

Can a machine be modified for our product?

+

Yes, and most orders are. Voltage, frequency, PLC brand, film width, turntable diameter, mast height, fork spread, colour and guarding are all set at order. What cannot be changed after the fact is the architecture — a turntable cannot become an in-line machine — so that decision has to be right at enquiry stage.

Do you publish prices?

+

No. Every machine is configured to the order, so a list price would be misleading. Send the load weight, footprint, height, throughput and available power and you get a firm quotation with the lead time, usually within one working day.

Are the machines CE certified?

+

Yes. Every machine ships with a CE declaration of conformity under the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, an electrical schematic, an English operation and maintenance manual, a spare-parts list and the signed test sheet.

For a side-by-side comparison, the guides section covers architecture choice and specification, and the application guides cover what each industry actually needs.

Not sure which model fits your plant?

Send us the pallet size, load weight, throughput and aisle width. We reply with the model, a budget price and a layout drawing — before you commit to anything.
