Shenzhen iPack Intelligent Robotics Technology Co.,Ltd
We build automatic stretch wrapping systems and super-narrow-aisle forklifts. Design, fabrication, assembly, wiring, testing and export packing all happen in one plant — which is why a specification change is a conversation rather than a project.

Fifteen years in
Fifteen years of learning what breaks
iPack started in 2010 building turntable wrappers for Shenzhen-area electronics and logistics customers. The product range grew the way most useful ranges do — a customer turned up with a load the standard machine could not handle, and we built the machine that could.
A paper mill needed reels wrapped on all six sides, so the cylinder wrapper exists. An aluminium extruder could not put six-metre profiles on a turntable, so the horizontal ring wrapper exists. A distributor ran out of warehouse floor, so the VNA stacker range joined the catalogue. Fifteen years later, 25 models cover the material-handling problems that keep coming back.
What has not changed is where the work happens. Frames are cut, bent and welded here. Machines are wired and run here. Nothing is white-labelled, and nothing is drop-shipped — if it has an iPack badge on it, we built it.
Fabrication in house
Laser cutting, CNC bending, welding and a paint line under our own roof — frame tolerances are set by us, not by an outside supplier's queue.
Assembly against a job card
Each machine is built to a customer-specific job card listing voltage, controls, film width, mast height, colour and guarding.
Test bay with real loads
Rated-load lift and lower cycles on forklifts, wrap trials on wrappers, and a signed inspection sheet that ships with the machine.
Export packing
Fumigated cases or film-wrapped steel bases, braced for ocean freight, with loading photographs sent before the container sails.

100 % laden test before packing

Heavy roll sealed on a turntable cell

Roll wrapping cell commissioned on site

Fleet staged for container loading
How we work
How an order actually runs
Application study
Send us your pallet size, load weight, throughput and aisle width. We reply with a layout drawing and the model that actually fits — not the one that is easiest to sell.
Built to your spec
Voltage, PLC brand, film width, mast height, fork spread and paint colour are all set at order. Every machine is assembled against a job card, not pulled from a shelf.
Tested under load
Rated-load lift and lower cycles, wrap trials on your own product where possible, and a signed inspection sheet that travels with the machine.
Shipped, installed, supported
Fumigated export packing, container loading photos, on-site commissioning available, and spare parts held for the life of the model.
Certified, documented, audited
Every machine leaves with a documentation pack: CE declaration of conformity, electrical schematic, English operation and maintenance manual, spare-parts list and the signed test sheet. Nothing is sent as a PDF afterthought.

1.5 m guided aisle, both rack faces
A three-way stacker rotates its forks 180° instead of the truck, so a single 1.5 m guided aisle serves two rows of racking. Customers typically recover 30–40 % more pallet positions from the same building.

Jumbo reel wrapping in a paper mill
A cylinder wrapper spirals film around the full circumference of the reel while driven rollers turn the load — six-side protection with no manual handling.

Heavy roll sealed on a turntable cell
Turntable wrapper with a powered pre-stretch carriage sealing an oversized roll before dispatch. Installed, wired and commissioned by our own engineers.

100 % laden test before packing
Every chassis completes a full rated-load lift and lower cycle on our test floor. Nothing ships until the mast, chains and hydraulics have proved themselves at 1.4 t and above.

Full lift and lower, at rated load
The same test weight taken through a complete lift and lower cycle with the forks extended — the point where a weak mast, a dry chain or a mis-set limit switch shows itself.

Dense high-bay storage from a 1.9 m aisle
Multi-directional trucks travel sideways down the aisle, so the main aisle only has to be as wide as the load — not as wide as the truck plus its turning circle.

Yard to aisle on one set of tyres
An articulated truck unloads the container outside, then articulates its mast 210° and stacks inside the aisle — no second machine, no double handling.

Fleet staged for container loading
Units are run in, filmed and staged together so a mixed fleet ships in one container with a single set of manuals and spares.

Man-up cabin at the top bay
The operator rises with the forks, keeping a clear view of the pallet and the beam at 10 m and above — the difference between a placed pallet and a damaged rack.

Roll wrapping cell commissioned on site
Control cabinet, HMI and powered rollers installed and levelled in the customer's plant, with the operator trained on the actual production recipe.

Masts up, ready to load
Trucks are staged with masts raised so the container loading plan can be checked against actual heights before anything is lifted.

A mixed fleet, one shipment
Different capacities, one container. Manuals, spares and the CE pack travel with the machines so commissioning does not wait for a second parcel.

Top bay reached without a camera
The man-up platform rises with the forks, so the operator sees the pallet and the beam at every level — which is what keeps rack damage down.

Outdoor unloading, indoor put-away
Solid tyres take the truck across the yard and dock; the 210° mast then articulates to stack indoors, so no pallet is handled twice.

Questions about the factory and how we work
Does iPack manufacture its own machines or resell them?
+
It manufactures them. iPack operates its own plant in Longgang, Shenzhen, where the wrapping machines and forklifts are fabricated, assembled, load-tested and packed. The machines carry iPack's own CE declaration of conformity, not a third party's.
How large is the factory?
+
The plant in Longgang, Shenzhen covers 12 000 m² of fabrication, assembly and load-test floor, with an in-house engineering team handling customisation and layout drawings. More than 4 200 iPack machines are in the field across 60+ countries, built up over 15+ years.
How do I verify quality before ordering?
+
Every machine is load-tested at rated capacity before packing — the test sheet is signed and ships with the machine. Customers are welcome to visit the plant and run their own product on the machine, or we run a live video walkthrough and show your machine being built.
What certifications does the company hold?
+
CE marking under the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC for every machine, ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management, with the plant audited by SGS. The declaration of conformity, technical file and electrical schematic are issued with the machine.
Do you supply outside China, and how is the machine supported?
+
Machines ship to more than 60 countries. Documentation is in English, commissioning is done by our own engineers or by live video, and spare parts for every model in the field are held in stock and ship the same week. Technical response target is twelve hours, starting with remote diagnostics.
