Tell us what you need to wrap, strap or lift
The more specific you are, the more useful our answer. Pallet size, load weight, throughput per hour, aisle width and racking height are enough for us to name the model, quote it and draw the layout.

What happens after you send this
- 1An engineer reads it — not a chatbot and not a sales queue.
- 2You get the model, a budget price and the lead time by return.
- 3If it is a close call, we ask two more questions, then confirm.
- 4On request: a layout drawing and a live video run of the machine.
Answers before you write
Are you a trading company or the manufacturer?+
We are the manufacturer. Design, fabrication, assembly, wiring, testing and export packing all happen in our own plant in Shenzhen; you are welcome to visit or to book a live video factory tour before you order.
What is the lead time?+
Standard turntable wrappers ship in 15–25 days. Rotary-arm, in-line, cylinder and horizontal machines are typically 25–40 days, and VNA forklifts 30–45 days depending on mast height and battery specification.
Can you build to our voltage and PLC standard?+
Yes. 220 V single phase, 380 V/400 V/415 V/440 V three phase, 50 or 60 Hz, and Siemens, Mitsubishi or Inovance controls are all selectable at order.
Do you supply CE documentation?+
Every machine ships with a CE declaration of conformity, an electrical schematic, an operation and maintenance manual in English, and a spare-parts list.
How do you pack for export?+
Machines are wrapped, braced and packed in fumigated plywood cases or film-wrapped onto a steel base, with loading photos sent before the container leaves.
