About the SF-4000M
Once long loads get heavy, the truck that handles them gets wide — and the aisle has to grow with it. The SF-4000M breaks that link: four-wheel independent steering gives lateral travel, so the main aisle is set by the load rather than the turning circle. Capacity covers 3500 to 5000 kg at a 600 mm load centre with lift to 8000 mm, the mast shifts front and rear, and the fork spread is adjustable. Lateral travel speeds of 7–8 km/h mean long transfers do not become the bottleneck, and 48 V / 560 Ah or 80 V / 500 Ah batteries provide the working cycle a heavy truck needs.

Where the SF-4000M earns its keep
Dense high-bay storage from a 1.9 m aisle
Multi-directional trucks travel sideways down the aisle, so the main aisle only has to be as wide as the load — not as wide as the truck plus its turning circle.
1.5 m guided aisle, both rack faces
A three-way stacker rotates its forks 180° instead of the truck, so a single 1.5 m guided aisle serves two rows of racking. Customers typically recover 30–40 % more pallet positions from the same building.

What is the capacity and working height of the SF-4000M?+
The SF-4000M has a rated capacity of 3,500 / 4,000 / 4,500 / 5,000 kg (MQC35–MQC50) at a 600 mm load centre and a maximum lift or wrapping height of 8,000 mm. Those values are for the standard configuration — mast height, turntable diameter and fork spread can all be changed at order.
How is the SF-4000M delivered and documented?+
It ships with a CE declaration of conformity, an electrical schematic, an English operation and maintenance manual, a spare-parts list and the signed test sheet. Export packing is fumigated cases or a film-wrapped steel base, with loading photographs sent before the container leaves.
Can the SF-4000M be built to our voltage and PLC standard?+
Yes. Voltage, frequency, PLC brand, colour and guarding are set at order — 220 V single phase and 380–440 V three phase are available, with Siemens, Mitsubishi or Inovance controls depending on the model.
