About the SW-3000D
Long product is awkward to protect: it will not fit a turntable and hand-wrapping a six-metre extrusion is slow and inconsistent. The SW-3000D passes it through a rotating aluminium ring instead. The ring turns at 20–80 rpm with VFD control, a pneumatic pressing device holds the product steady during the pass, and film feed, tension and cutting are fully automatic with a pneumatic top-press head. PLC control lets you program the number of layers and adjust film tension from the panel; a photoelectric sensor detects the product and starts the cycle. An optional powered conveyor line integrates the wrapper directly into your production flow, so profiles are wrapped as they come off the line rather than being stacked and re-handled.

SW-3000D — buyer questions
Can it wrap product with fittings already attached?+
Yes, as long as the largest cross-section fits inside the 600 mm ring bore. For larger sections we quote a bigger ring.
Can it be fed automatically?+
Yes. Add the powered conveyor option and the wrapper takes product straight from the line with no manual loading.
