About the SW-1000D
Dust and rain do not stop at the sides of a pallet, which is why the SW-1000D adds a top-covering module to a 2000 kg turntable wrapper. A pneumatic head pulls a PE cover sheet across the load, a hot-wire cutter releases it, and the stretch film is wrapped over the sheet edge so the two are sealed into a single skin. The result is five-side protection — top, four sides — in one uninterrupted cycle, started from a wireless remote. Pre-stretch runs up to 250 %, top-covering height is adjustable between 1000 and 2000 mm, and the photoelectric height sensor keeps the cover positioning repeatable whatever the load.

Heavy roll sealed on a turntable cell
Turntable wrapper with a powered pre-stretch carriage sealing an oversized roll before dispatch. Installed, wired and commissioned by our own engineers.
Dense high-bay storage from a 1.9 m aisle
Multi-directional trucks travel sideways down the aisle, so the main aisle only has to be as wide as the load — not as wide as the truck plus its turning circle.
SW-1000D — buyer questions
Can it wrap without the cover sheet?+
Yes. The HMI lets the operator run wrap-only cycles, so you can use the cover sheet only for loads that need weather protection.
What top film does it use?+
A 1800 mm wide PE cover film, 60–80 μm. It is a plain cover film, not stretch film, so it is inexpensive per pallet.
