About the SW-6000D

Some loads simply cannot be spun: tall stacks, half-full drums, unstable bags, anything heavy with a high centre of gravity. The SW-6000D solves that by keeping the load still on the conveyor and rotating the arm instead. A pneumatic clamp grips the film tail, a constant-temperature heated wire with a floating heater block seals it, and the cycle runs end to end without an operator. Inovance PLC control gives programmable top and bottom wrap counts and automatic height sensing; the 1.1 kW helical-gear arm motor with an electromagnetic brake positions accurately at 0–15 rpm. Standard dry-contact I/O interlocks with your conveyor for load-in, load-out and ready states, so the wrapper behaves like another station on the line rather than something bolted next to it.
