About the SW-8000D
Conventional wrappers bring the load to the machine. The SW-8000D does the opposite: it drives itself around whatever needs wrapping. There is no turntable, so there is no limit on pallet footprint or weight, and no fixed installation — the machine lives wherever it is needed and can be moved between bays on its own drive. A 2 × 120 Ah battery pack covers 200–300 pallets on a single charge, roughly seven hours of continuous work, and the charger cuts out automatically when full. Siemens PLC and a 7-inch HMI give start, pause, emergency stop and battery status, a wireless remote comes as standard, and the powered pre-stretch carriage runs at 1:2.5 film yield.

How long does a charge take?+
Around 8 hours from flat on the supplied 220 V charger. Most customers charge overnight and wrap a full shift on one charge.
Can it wrap a load standing on the floor?+
Yes — that is the point. It needs about 900 mm of clearance around the load to drive its circle.
