About the SW-2000D
A reel is not a pallet, and wrapping one on a turntable leaves the ends exposed. The SW-2000D is built the other way round: the load sits on powered rollers, the rollers turn it while the turntable rotates, and the film carriage spirals around the full circumference to cover all six sides. Siemens PLC and HMI give programmable wrap counts, a powered pre-stretch carriage with its own film motor delivers 1:2.5 film yield, and a pneumatic top-eject mechanism (airbag cylinder) pushes the finished reel clear so production never stops for manual unloading. Discharge can be set to 90° or 180° to suit your material flow.

Yes. The driven rollers are coated to avoid marking, and film tension is set low enough for printed or coated stock.
