About the SW-7000D
The SW-7000D removes the forklift from the wrapping step entirely. Its 2000 mm turntable is a powered roller deck (φ89 mm rollers on a 100 mm pitch) that takes the pallet off your conveyor, wraps it, seals the film and discharges it to the outfeed — a complete cycle with nobody at the machine. Photoelectric sensors drive the sequence and find the load height; the pre-stretch carriage runs up to 250 % film yield with programmable top and bottom layers, over-top time and reinforcement wraps. Standard PLC communication ports let the wrapper talk to your line controller, so the whole thing behaves like one machine from the operator's point of view.

Adds a driven top-film head and a pneumatic press plate so the load is held square while a PE cover sheet is applied and sealed.

Where the SW-7000D earns its keep
Dense high-bay storage from a 1.9 m aisle
Multi-directional trucks travel sideways down the aisle, so the main aisle only has to be as wide as the load — not as wide as the truck plus its turning circle.

What happens if a pallet jams?+
Photoelectric sensors stop the cycle and raise an alarm on the HMI with the fault code; the operator clears the deck and restarts.
