About the SW-5000D
The SW-5000D is the machine most of our customers start with. A 1650 mm turntable carries up to 2000 kg, a powered pre-stretch carriage stretches film up to 200 % so a roll goes two to three times further, and the whole cycle is driven from a PLC and touchscreen with programmable layers, top and bottom wraps and over-top time. It runs from a single-phase 220 V supply, so it can be installed on an ordinary warehouse feed without a new three-phase connection. The double-chain lift column uses standard 08B roller chain with VFD-controlled lift speed, and a photoelectric sensor finds the load height automatically on every cycle.

Where the SW-5000D earns its keep
Heavy roll sealed on a turntable cell
Turntable wrapper with a powered pre-stretch carriage sealing an oversized roll before dispatch. Installed, wired and commissioned by our own engineers.
1.5 m guided aisle, both rack faces
A three-way stacker rotates its forks 180° instead of the truck, so a single 1.5 m guided aisle serves two rows of racking. Customers typically recover 30–40 % more pallet positions from the same building.
SW-5000D — buyer questions
Can the SW-5000D wrap a taller pallet?+
Yes. The mast can be extended to 2,400 mm or 2,650 mm wrapping height at order; the turntable stays the same.
Does it need compressed air?+
No — the standard SW-5000D is fully electric. Compressed air is only required if you add the pneumatic top press.
What film should we buy?+
A 500 mm LLDPE machine film, 15–35 μm, with a 76.2 mm core. 25 μm pre-stretch film gives the best cost per pallet.
